Ambedkar Jayanti 2018 will be celebrated by the College of Computing Sciences and Information Technology, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad and all over India on 14th of April 2018.
Ambedkar Jayanti is celebrated every year by the people with great enthusiasm more than like a festival on 14th of April in order to commemorate the birthday of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar and his contributions for the people of India. It would be 127th birthday anniversary celebration in the year 2018 to commemorate his memories. It was a big moment for the people of India when he was born in the year 1891.

The day has been declared as a public holiday all over the India. Like ever before a respectful homage is paid by the President and Prime Minister (including other political parties leaders) of India every year to his statue at the Parliament, New Delhi. Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi focus that Indian people worship him like a God by keeping his statue in their home. At this day people make a parade by keeping his statue in front, they also enjoy dancing using dhol. And Mahendra singh Sagar also focus his work and value and last last Dr. Rajeev Kumar give the vote of thanks.this event coordinated by Dr. Rajeev Kumar.

On the accasion of “Dr B.R Ambedkar Jayanti” celebrated by College of Computing Sciences and Information Technology, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad on 14th April 2018, is about many influential and learned men of that era such as Osho and Obama have acknowledged and praised the work and ideas of Dr B.R Ambedkar. Besides, dedicating a special day (Ambedkar Jayanti) to him, numerous public institutions have been named after him and many movies and books launched describing the noble ideas of the man who saved the country from the plague of castism and entitled the lower caste people with their basic rights as a citizen of the country.

Institute received magnificent number of participation in this event. As this event enhance student’s basic programming language concepts. Total 21 University over India participated in the event. And from College of Computing Sciences and Information technology, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad total 5 students participated in this event and they win a 1st position in Quiz compition and student name is Akshay kumar sidhu, pratiksha kaushik, shivam kumar, nidhi and aswani had participated in this event. Participation in this event was commendable and from CCSIT, TMU Managed by Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Associate Professor, CCSIT, TMU Moradabad
