This is time for IT Generation. Everything is possible from computer Science. The developers can create many things day to day. Smart walking stick can provide increased quality of life for persons who are physically disabled. The system is intended to provide the visually challenged a better walking experience. The design is incorporated with Ultrasonic sensors for Obstacle detection, supported with IR sensor that detect an immediate object and also moisture sensor that help detect water flow. Ultrasonic sensors are used to calculate distance of the obstacles around the blind person to guide the user towards the available path.

From the very beginning of human history, peoples are suffering from many disabilities. Among those, blindness is very common and unendurable. Science and technology always try to make human life easier. So the main purpose of this paper is based on abating the disabilities of blindness by constructing a microcontroller based automated hardware that can corroborate a blind to detect obstacles in front of him/her instantly

This research work explains about the setup we used for the implementation Smart walking stick is basically used for doing task with the help of Arduino based, We make an Project from using  C, C++ . And in technology we are using:- Arduino Nano circuit board, Ultrasonic Sensor, IR sensor, Switch, Buzzer, 9v Battery, Male to Female wires.
