On November 14 , Children’s Day was celebrated at CCSIT TMU. It commemorates the birth anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru, who, due to his love for children was fondly known as Chacha Nehru. The day emphasises on the importance of giving love, attention and affection to children.

All the staff and students of the CCSIT Department had participated actively on this day. The celebration begin with the Lightning of a lamp in front of the photo of Shri Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru by Dr. R.K. Dwivedi , Principal CCSIT .

Then a speech was given by Dr. R.K. Dwivedi , Principal CCSIT in which he said that the Students are the root of development in country. Students play very important and big role in development of country. You can never hope for successful country if there are no educated people and policy for better education. Students who learn today, they will work for future of country. In future they are the pillar of public sector ( government sector ) and in private sector etc and country also depends on them.

After that the books and bags were distributed among the students by Dr . R.K Dwivedi ,Principal CCSIT as a gift of children’s day.
