An awareness program “Institutional Dynamics Creation for Developing Academic Culture” was organised by NSS team of CCSIT, T.M.U., Moradabad from 22nd February, 2019 to 28th February, 2019. The programme was started to lit the lamp before the idol of Maa Saraswati by Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi (Principal, CCSIT), Dr. Ashendra Kumar Saxena (HOD, CCSIT), Mr. Shambhu Bhardwaj (Procter, CCSIT), Mr. Navneet Vishnoi (NSS coordinator, CCSIT) and others.
The Programme was focused towards taking an initiative to motivate students for time punctuality and proper uniform. In order to do the behaviour modification of students of CCSIT, various punishment ideas were put in by the NSS Volunteers like plantation in university campus, switching off the lights and closing windows of classrooms, etc.
On this occasion, Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi said that it is an important step to organise such a programme in the college. In the same vein, he motivated students towards “Time management and Punctuality”. He focused on importance of time with the help of a song “Aapna time aayega” and gave three T mantra for students “Time, Target, and Temperament”. He said that this program has been conducted to make aware students towards the importance of time in their life. Dr. Ashendra Kumar Saxena said about importance of moral characters and performance characters in student’s life. He focused on “Advantages of good academic culture”. After this, Mr. Shambhu Bhardwaj said that proper uniform should be a pride for students. He focused on “Rules and Regulations” and motivated students about importance of cleanliness and proper uniform.
Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi appreciated the efforts of the NSS Volunteers of CCSIT for organising this awareness program and wished for continuing it in future. On this occasion, Prof. Vidyut Chatterjee (Head, Electrical Department, COE), all the members of NSS team and the staff were present. The programme was anchored by Mr. Avinesh Tiwari and Mr. Aditya.
