On 19th October, Teerthanker Mahaveer University’s College of Computing Sciences & Information Technology (CCSIT) & i-Nurture in association with Employment Mantras organized a panel discussion on the role of emotional motivators in leadership. The objective of this Panel Discussion was to have an open interaction with students on various traits of emotional motivation.

CCSIT is widely recognized for it’s encouraging environment, personality development is one such agenda that CCSIT promotes for the students benefit which has garnered the college with great placements & recruiters flocking to the campus, accolades in competitions and ranking amongst the top most private institutes & colleges in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR.

Positive participation from various students of different programs was seen including BBA, B-Tech, BCA iNurture, B-Tech IBM, B.Sc (H) and Fine Arts.

Ms Shilpi Dixit (Entrepreneur, H.R and Academician) was the keynote speaker of the discussion. She emphasized on various emotions and their importance in life. She also correlated work, life, balance, and emotions. The other speaker was Ms Ratika Chawla (Trainer and Academician) who conducted a practical engagement session with the students.

Dr R.K. Diwedi, Mr Bharat Pandey, Mr Avinash Saxena, Mr Ajay Sharma, Mr Manoj Gupta, and Ms Preety Saini presented the guests and speakers with mementoes as a token of love from the college.
