BARC organizes A Career Opportunity Seminar at TMU

BARC (Bhabha Atomic and Research Centre) is the oldest and largest unit of DAE (Department of Atomic Energy) that also offers, highly challenging career opportunities with very attractive and secured salary packages under Govt of India (Group 'A' Gazetted post).
Major and regular induction of scientific and technical manpower to almost all units of DAE is done through OCES program of BARC Training School, which is run by HRDD, BARC.
Mr. Shiv Kumar Singh, Scientific Officer(H), working in Human Resource Development Division of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai organized a Career Opportunity with BARC Seminar at TMU.
The purpose of the seminar was to promote their Department and thereby motivate young and bright engineering graduates and science postgraduates to apply at BARC Training School Program.
The seminar took place at FOE&CCSIT, TMU Campus.
The talk was attended by final year BE/BTech students of all branches.
Mr. Shiv Kumar Singh through his presentation highlighted the various departments of BARC and the chances students of different fields have to be a part of BARC someday! The curious students asked various questions about the procedures, and how to track the jobs from BARC etc which left Mr. Shiv Kumar happy with so many students aiming and dreaming to be a part of BARC.
