He started with a rigid tape introduction and its techniques of application to get joint stability like J-Lock, V- lock on the ankle followed by patellar deformities correction by rigid tape along with techniques of kinesio tape application on conditions like plantar fasciitis, Osgood-Schlatter disease, patellar twist, adductor strain, and ankle sprain. With progression to taping on Day 2, he taught Kinesio-taping for the upper limb in case of shoulder instability, drainage of edema, tennis elbow, jersey finger, De Quervain's tenosynovitis and ruptured tendon of fingers and concluded the session.
The workshop was insightful for the students to understand their profession better.
