International Women’s Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at TIMIT College

International Women’s Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at TIMIT College. The program was inaugurated by City Mayor, Vinod Agarwal. While addressing the students, he stated that the position of women in the contemporary society was exuberant where she was not only rocking at her work place but also balancing her various roles back at home as well. Various colourful and vibrant stage performances were given by students.
TIMIT College along with Punjab National Bank (University) also celebrated the day by organising various events skit, dance, singing, poetry, etc. Likewise, women employees were honoured and recognised for their contribution in the society.
