Talk and an interactive session on the occasion of World ORS Day

On the occasion of World ORS Day i.e. July 29, 2019, we visited Sri Sai Vidya Kanya Intercollege, Mansarovar, and interacted with the students of 11th and 12th grade.

We have aware the students on various topics like; What is ORS and its importance, Indications for using ORS, About Diarrhoea and dehydration (symptoms), Precautions to prevent dehydration (hygiene and sanitation), How to prepare ORS at home etc.

The students were very interactive and were given the opportunity to ask their queries during the question answer session and they actively participated in the activity.

Ms Subha Modi, Ms Akansha Rajdev and Ms Disha Tyagi were the main organisers of this event. The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh (Head of department of Community Medicine).
