Alumni Talk: Insights into HR Management in the Health Sector
On 28th September 2024, TMIMT hosted an engaging and insightful session titled “Human Resource Management in the Health Sector” as part of its Alumni Talk series. The event was held at the Lecture Theatre, TMIMT, and organised by the Alumni Relations team.
The event was graced by Mr Shobhit Jain, an accomplished HR leader and Group Head – Talent Acquisition & IVP, Saudi German Health Group, KSA & UAE, Dubai. With over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organisational growth, Mr Jain shared invaluable insights about the challenges and opportunities in the dynamic healthcare sector.
