Awareness Talks on the occasion of World Population Day

On the occasion of World Population Day i.e. July 11, 2019 , our college TMMC&RC in association with AMSA conducted an awareness talk in the Kundanpur locality of Moradabad, Where an awareness session was conducted about the rising population of India and how adversely it affects people individually as well as the country as a whole.

Ms Subha Modi, Ms Akansha Rajdev and Ms Disha Tyagi were the main organisers of this event. About 35 students were a part of this campaign as they went around distributing brochures containing the information about methods of contraception to individual families and explaining the importance of family planning.

A small awareness talk session was also held in the Rising Children Academy Play School, for the teachers and the guardians of the children's.

The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh (Head of department of Community Medicine).
