‘CLASH OF THE MENTORS’ - A Photography Competition at College of Fine Arts

On February 4, 2023, Teerthanker Mahaveer University's College of Fine Arts organised a historic photography competition titled 'CLASH OF THE MENTORS' between two mentors of the college who compete along with their squads named 'Ankur ke Apertures' Vs 'Shreya ki Shutterspeed'.The theme of this competition was 'Compositions' for which the shoot was done on January 26,2023, and the result for the same was declared on February 4, 2023

Mentors are like parents to their students who build a bond which is unbreakable and purely based on trust and confidence. The mentors of both teams compete along with their talented squads. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest cum Jury Members and proud alumni of Teerthanker Mahaveer University's College of Fine Arts namely Ms Jaspreet Kaur, Ms Mahima Gulati and Ms Sana Tabassum

Principal Mr Ravindra Dev said that this competition will refine the photography skills of students and encourage them to critically look into the varied frames and angles of nature. He also informed that TMU’s College of Fine Arts regularly organises these types of competitions in order to motivate and refine the creative skills of students.

The college faculty members including Dr Farha Deeba, Mr Pravesh Chandra Verma, Mr Ankur
Dev, Mr Rajesh Kumar, Mr Pradeep Saini, and Mr Vaibhav Jha appreciated the efforts made by the members of both teams. At last, the winning students were awarded trophies and certificates.
