Cultural Event Navrang 3.0 organized by Education College

At the Cultural Event Navrang 3.0 organized by the Faculty of Education at Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), education students impressed all guests and peers with their talents.

Veena Jain, the First Lady of Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, stated that the Faculty of Education's cultural program Navrang 3.0 is imbued with the fragrance of Indian culture. She noted that the program consistently showcases the cultural diversity of various states. Through cultural programs like Navrang, students gain mutual understanding and appreciation of each other's cultures. She made these remarks as the chief guest at the cultural event organized by the Faculty of Education in the university auditorium. Mrs. Richa Jain also had a significant presence at the event. Senior faculty member Dr. Kalpana Jain presented the First Lady with a basil plant. Dean of Student Welfare Prof. MP Singh gifted basil plants to all guests, including Mrs. Richa Jain.

The event commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony before Goddess Saraswati by Prof. Harbansh Dixit, Dean of Law College; Prof. MP Singh, Dean of Student Welfare; Mrs Jyotika Singh, Vice Principal of Wilsonia College; Prof. Rashmi Mehrotra, Principal of the Faculty of Education; Prof. SP Subhashini, Dean of the Nursing College; Dr. Vinita Jain, Chief Librarian; Prof. SK Singh, Principal of Law College; Dr. Alka Agrawal, Joint Registrar of TMU; Mrs. Mohini Garg, Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur, among others.

The program opened with a Ganesh Vandana by B.El.Ed. student Vaishnavi. The cultural event Navrang 3.0 by the Faculty of Education featured future educators showcasing their talents, winning the hearts of all attendees. Distinguished attendees included Dean Academics Prof. Manjula Jain, Dr. Kalpana Jain, and Prof. RN Krishnia, Director of CTLD. The event was hosted by faculty member Dr. Namrata Jain. Prof. Manjula Jain elaborated on the qualities a teacher should possess.

The students of the Faculty of Education delivered captivating performances, making the program unforgettable. The B.El.Ed. team secured the highest marks, emerging as the top performer. B.Sc.-B.Ed. students performed a dance on "Unity in Diversity," B.El.Ed. students presented "Development of New India," B.Ed. and M.Ed. students showcased "Women Empowerment," and B.A.-B.Ed. students impressed with "Incredible India." Finally, Prof. Rashmi Mehrotra expressed gratitude to all guests and participants. The event saw the presence of HODs Dr. Ashok Lakhera, Dr Vinod Jain, Dr. Ratnesh Jain, and Mr. Deepak Malik, along with students from B.Ed., M.Ed., B.Sc.-B.Ed., B.El.Ed., and B.A.-B.Ed. programs.
