Foundation Course for MBBS Batch 2024-25 at TMMCRC

The Foundation Course for the MBBS Batch 2024-25 was successfully conducted at TMMCRC from October 2024 to November 2024. Organised by the Medical Education Unit and Foundation Course Committee, the programme followed the CBME Curriculum guidelines introduced by the NMC (under BOG).

The Anatomy Department, led by Dr. S.K. Jain, conducted a Cadaveric Oath. This unique session emphasised the humane treatment of cadavers, respecting them as the students' first teachers in medical education. The session reinforced values of respect and gratitude towards individuals who donated their bodies for the advancement of science.

Field Visits and Interactive Activities

Field visits to community health centres gave students real-world exposure. Sessions also included motivational talks, library exploration, and introductory computer skills to prepare them for the challenges of medical education.
