TMMC&RC Students Shine at VIGIQUEST 2025 National E-Poster Competition
Moradabad, September 2025:
Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College & Research Centre (TMMC&RC), Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, achieved a proud milestone as its MBBS students from Batch 2021–22 excelled in the National Level E-Poster Competition (VIGIQUEST 2025) organised by Sree Gokulam Medical College & Research Foundation, Kerala.
The competition was conducted from 17th to 23rd September 2025 as part of the celebrations for the 5th National Pharmacovigilance Week, held under the theme “Your Safety, Just a Click Away: Report to PvPI.” The event aimed to enhance awareness of pharmacovigilance practices and encourage active reporting to the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI).
TMMC&RC Secures First and Fourth Positions Nationwide
The e-poster competition was held across multiple categories, including Doctors of All Specialities, Faculty & Staff of AMC, and Students (PG/House Surgeons, MBBS UG).
A total of eight posters were submitted by the students, faculty, and staff of TMMC&RC, under the guidance of the ADR Monitoring Centre (AMC) and Medical Devices Monitoring Centre (MDMC). The centres are coordinated by Prof. (Dr.) Prithpal Singh Matreja, Vice Principal and Professor & Head, Department of Pharmacology, along with other faculty members of the department.
After evaluation by expert pharmacology faculty from across India, the results were announced on 24th September 2025. TMMC&RC students achieved remarkable success, securing First and Fourth positions among over 100 entries nationwide.
