TMU Hosts Motivational Talk on ‘The Art of Communication Skills’
Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), through its College of Paramedical Sciences, successfully conducted an inspiring session titled “The Art of Communication Skills: Bridging the Gap Between Patients and Professionals”. This motivational talk was aimed at highlighting the significance of effective communication in both academic and professional contexts, particularly within the healthcare sector.
The session was conducted under the banner of the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.

The interactive talk was led by Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Director of CTLD (Centre for Teaching, Learning and Development), TMU. He eloquently elaborated on the pivotal role that communication plays in the healthcare environment and beyond. Emphasising interpersonal communication, Dr. Singh shared insightful strategies to enhance understanding, empathy, and clarity during patient interactions and professional collaborations.

Traditional Inauguration and Welcoming Dignitaries
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolising the dispelling of ignorance and the illumination of knowledge. Prof. Navneet Kumar, Principal of the College of Paramedical Sciences, alongside other faculty members, graced the event and welcomed the speaker and attendees warmly.

Approximately 80 participants, including students, faculty, and professionals, actively engaged in the session. The talk featured interactive discussions and practical activities designed to sharpen communication abilities, improve personality development, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Participants were also encouraged to develop problem-solving skills through group exercises.
