TMU Successfully Organises 12th Leadership Talk Series

On March 21, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) hosted the 12th session of its esteemed Leadership Talk Series in the university auditorium. The session, titled 'What Makes You a Winner,' provided students with essential insights into the mindset and skills required for success in both personal and professional life. The event commenced with an inspiring address by Prof. Manjula Jain, Dean of Academics, setting the stage for an insightful discussion.

Objective of the Leadership Talk Series

TMU’s Leadership Talk Series aims to expose students to real-world challenges beyond academics. This session particularly focused on key traits that define a winner, including discipline, self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and continuous learning habits. Additionally, the discussion highlighted the importance of leadership, teamwork, and adaptability as crucial attributes for professional and personal success.

Keynote Address by Prof. Pradeep Kumar Srivastava

The keynote speaker for the session was Prof. Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, renowned as the founder of 'Scientoons' and 'Scientoonics.' He previously served as the Deputy Director and Senior Principal Scientist at CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), Lucknow.

Prof. Srivastava shared invaluable life experiences with students, emphasising that success is not merely determined by academic achievements but also by the right attitude, resilience, and a progressive mindset. He motivated students to pursue their goals with unwavering dedication, viewing every challenge and failure as an opportunity for growth.
