World Physiotherapy Day Celebration at TMU Moradabad
In honor of World Physiotherapy Day, the Department of Physiotherapy at Teerthanker Mahaveer University organized a two-day celebration spanning September 8th and 9th, 2023. This year's theme, "Prevention and Management of Osteoarthritis," was at the center of a series of engaging activities and competitions.
Day 1 - September 8, 2023
On the first day of the celebration, the department hosted several events, including:
Rangoli Making Competition: An artistic showcase of creativity.
Health Camp: Offering essential health checks and guidance.
Plantation Competition: Promoting environmental awareness.

Day 2 - September 9, 2023
On the main day, September 9th, the focus was on academic and cultural events. The highlights of the day included:
Poster Presentation and Working Model Competition: Showcasing innovative ideas and research.

Cultural and Academic Presentations: Featuring diverse talents.
Fun Activities: Adding an element of enjoyment to the celebration.
The celebration was graced by the presence of Mrs. Manjula Jain, Dean Academics at TMU, who served as the chief guest. Both faculty members and students of the Department of Physiotherapy actively participated in and enjoyed these activities.
The World Physiotherapy Day celebration at Teerthanker Mahaveer University was a resounding success, promoting the profession's critical role in the prevention and management of osteoarthritis.
