Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) successfully conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Workplace Ethics and Professional Conduct in Academia” on March 10, 2025, at the College of Agriculture Sciences. The FDP was led by Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Director of the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Development (CTLD), an esteemed authority in academic ethics and professional conduct. The 19 participating faculty members actively engaged in discussions, reflecting the high relevance of ethics in academia.
