Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Cutting-Edge Laboratory Medicine Innovations
On 23rd August 2025, the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques, College of Paramedical Sciences, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU), organised a seminar on “Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Cutting-Edge Laboratory Medicine Innovations”. The seminar was conducted in Room No. 515, 4th Floor, and was attended by 144 participants, including students, faculty members, and scholars.
The session was delivered by Dr. Ashwani Bhardwaj, Associate Professor, Kalpana Chawla Government College for Women, Ambala City, Haryana, who served as the Chief Guest and Expert Speaker.
Aim and Objectives of the Seminar
The seminar aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of AI’s transformative role in laboratory medicine, with a special focus on enhancing diagnostic accuracy, efficiency, and healthcare innovation.
Key objectives included:
- Introducing fundamental concepts of AI in healthcare and laboratory sciences.
- Highlighting cutting-edge diagnostic technologies enabled by AI.
- Discussing the role of AI in accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making in laboratory medicine.
