On 21st March 2025, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) successfully organised a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Effective Team Building for Academic Excellence.” The program brought together 25 faculty members from various colleges, aiming to strengthen teamwork, communication, and leadership skills within academic settings.
