TMU’s Art Exhibition ‘United We Can’ Celebrates Youthful Creative Expression

The College of Fine Arts at Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) hosted its 7th Annual Art Exhibition, titled ‘United We Can,’ unveiling the imaginative brilliance of its young artists. The grand inauguration occurred in the presence of Shri Ram Mohan Meena, Honourable Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Moradabad Sadar, who was the chief guest.

Also present during the ceremony were Shri Akshat Jain, Executive Director of the University, Prof. Amit Kansal, Associate Dean, Prof. Manu Mishra, Principal, Department of Physical Education, along with principals and faculty members from various colleges under TMU.

Diverse Media, Deep Expression

The exhibition featured an impressive range of artistic expressions from Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) students, including:

  • Canvas paintings
  • Mural artworks
  • Watercolour compositions
  • Poster designs
  • Logo creation and branding sheets
  • Digital art
  • Photography

These exhibits reflected not only technical proficiency but also deep emotional sensitivity and conceptual creativity. Visitors were moved by the way students channelled their visions through different media.

Installation Art: Visualising Aspirations

A major highlight of the exhibition was the Installation Art section, where students portrayed their life and career goals through conceptual artistic structures. These installations resonated strongly with the audience, offering both visual appeal and motivational insight.

Additionally, a special faculty gallery featured remarkable works by Mr. Pravesh Verma, Dr. Deepak Kumar, and Ms. Sana Tabassum. These pieces were curated with the intent to inspire students and guide them in clarifying their creative purpose.

An Open Invitation to Art Enthusiasts

The exhibition is scheduled to remain open to art lovers and the general public for two days at the Fine Arts Department. TMU’s initiative goes beyond showcasing talent; it offers a dynamic platform to nurture, recognise, and empower student creativity.

Attendees, including Mr. Ankur Dev, Dr. Farha Deeba, Mr. Pravesh Chandra Verma, Dr. Deepak Kumar, Mr. Pradeep Saini, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Ms. Sana Tabassum, and Ms. Shreya Sharma, added to the stature of the event.
